W2 ONLY POSITION. MUST BE ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced
Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in
Spring Boot on the backend and
React on the frontend. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build new features, enhance system performance, and drive innovation across the technology stack.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Optimize application performance across frontend and backend components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Work within an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Required Qualifications- 3-6+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Web, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).
- Professional experience building modern frontend applications with React, along with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with React state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library).
- Experience working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
