Required Qualifications

Candidate should be critical thinking and not blind follower
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Architects, and Pega development teams.
Design and support Pega-based workflow, case management, and business process automation solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies.
Support solution design, business rules definition, and integration requirements within Pega.
Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation.
Maintain project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process maps.
Ensure successful delivery of scalable Pega solutions while meeting business, compliance, and quality standards.
