Position Summary:
We are in search of a Senior AI Solutions Architect with a specialization in agentic systems to join our client’s ongoing digital evolution within the Enterprise Service Strategy sector. The successful candidate will spearhead the strategic framework and design process for our state-of-the-art Agentic AI Service Strategy initiatives and collaborate closely with development squads throughout the execution stage. This specialized role demands a fusion of intensive technical acumen with architectural leadership, bearing the responsibility for facilitating ethical, robust, and impactful deployment of AI solutions throughout the company. The Agentic AI Solutions Architect establishes foundational design paradigms, safeguards, and architectural models to expedite the creation of AI-centric workflows, agent coordination systems, and intelligent tool-based reasoning constructs. Acting as a bridge among various teams, such as engineering, data management, security, product development, and business units, the architect will pinpoint pivotal application scenarios, evaluate automation potential, and instigate first-rate AI solutions within the organization. An essential aspect of the role is gaining a profound understanding of Jones’ contact center dynamics, assessing the pertinent data, and devising strategies to enhance self-servicing agents within the Jones ecosystem.
Key Technical Qualifications:
- Expertise in designing Cloud-Native Solutions
- In-depth skills using the Azure Cloud Services
- Proficiency in agent-based frameworks and planner/executor paradigms
- Profound knowledge of large language models (LLMs), search algorithms, Recurrent Attention Gates (RAG), prompt crafting, and techniques for ensuring output accuracy
- Proficiency in integrating AI models with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, employing event-centric designs, microservices architecture, and widespread cloud services
- Knowledge of and experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, along with an appreciation for enterprise-level data governance
- Hands-on development skills in Python, container technologies (such as Docker), and contemporary approaches to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Thorough grasp of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in tool integration and contextual data exchange
- Experience in constructing agent-centric workflows aligned with MCP systems and extending multi-server as well as blended server-client patterns
- Capability to utilize existing MCP servers and develop bespoke MCP servers, revealing business processes and organizational tools
- Adeptness in leveraging a cognigy chatbot in association with the NiCE framework and applying NiCE-derived data analytics to initiate scalable agent deployment
