We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Program Manager with expertise in the Medical Insurance domain and AI Implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, project management, and AI technologies. This individual will play a key role in leading and managing projects related to medical insurance and implementing AI solutions within the organization.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to the medical insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project success
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
• Manage resources effectively and allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the healthcare and insurance sectors
• Implement AI solutions to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in medical insurance and AI technologies
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues

 Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, specifically in the healthcare or medical insurance domain
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with AI implementation and knowledge of AI technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

 Preferred Skills:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning concepts
• Master's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
