Job Title: Salesforce Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long Term

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong hands-on skills in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Integrations.
Have proven ability to lead teams, engage with product owners, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:
8+ years Salesforce development experience with deep Apex, Flow, LWC, and Integration expertise.

3+ years of onshore experience as a Technical Lead & experience in leading & coordinating with offshore team.

Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprints with product owners.

Strong communication skills with experience in story demos and stakeholder engagement.
nCino knowledge preferred to have
Salesforce certifications (PD I/II) preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Build complex Apex, Flows, and LWC components, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
Knowledge on OWD, sharing rules, profiles & Role hierarchy.
Overseeing complex data migrations, maintaining data integrity & designing sophisticated data models.
Key contributor to the team by leading salesforce technical design & implementation & drive scalable salesforce solutions.
Own technical solution design and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform).
Act as a technical mentor and reviewer for the development team.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements.
Drive sprint ceremonies, demo stories to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards.
