Role: Salesforce Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong hands-on skills in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Integrations.
Have proven ability to lead teams, engage with product owners, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:
·     8+ years Salesforce development experience with deep Apex, Flow, LWC, and Integration expertise.
·   3+ years of onshore experience as a Technical Lead & experience in leading & coordinating with offshore team.
·      Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprints with product owners.
·      Strong communication skills with experience in story demos and stakeholder engagement.
·      nCino knowledge preferred to have
·      Salesforce certifications (PD I/II) preferred.

Key Responsibilities
·      Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
·      Build complex Apex, Flows, and LWC components, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.
·      Knowledge on OWD, sharing rules, profiles & Role hierarchy.
·      Overseeing complex data migrations, maintaining data integrity & designing sophisticated data models.
·      Key contributor to the team by leading salesforce technical design & implementation & drive scalable salesforce solutions.
·      Own technical solution design and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform).
·      Act as a technical mentor and reviewer for the development team.
·      Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements.
·      Drive sprint ceremonies, demo stories to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
·      Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards
