Position: Workday OCM Lead

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive adoption and ensure successful transformation across a large-scale enterprise program within Higher Education.
This role will lead change strategy and execution across multiple initiatives, including:
• Workday HR & Finance implementation
• Salesforce CRM deployment (Recruiting & Admissions)
• Data Governance program
The ideal candidate brings both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate at the Steering Committee level while driving day-to-day change activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategy across enterprise transformation initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop actionable mitigation plans
- Design and execute comprehensive change plans, including:
- Communications
- Training
- Stakeholder engagement
- Change network development
- User adoption and support strategies
- Partner with executive leadership and Steering Committee to align on vision, risks, and success metric
- Drive organizational readiness assessments and recommend actions to improve adoption
- Develop and deliver communications, training materials, and executive presentations
- Identify and manage resistance, ensuring sustained adoption post go-live
- Establish and track KPIs tied to change success and adoption
- Play a leadership role in governance, ensuring alignment across workstreams
- Support and guide Mock Semester execution to validate readiness and adoption
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Organization Change Management
• Proven experience leading OCM for enterprise ERP implementations (Workday required)
• Must have led at least one successful Mock Semester (critical requirement)
• Strong experience engaging with executive leadership and Steering Committees
• Expertise in change methodologies, ideally Prosci ADKAR
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption across large, complex organizations
• Strong communication and presentation skills (executive-level)
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce implementations
• Experience supporting Data Governance programs
• Higher Education experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of HR, Finance, and Student business processes
• Exposure to cloud-based transformation programs
