Job Title: Senior OCM Lead SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Location: Remote (25 50% travel to Parsippany, NJ HQ or other designated client sites)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with strong domain expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role will lead change management initiatives for SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful user adoption, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, and business process transition.

This is not a general OCM or SAP role. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience supporting OTC process transformation within SAP SD environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and execution for SAP transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to assess organizational impacts related to SAP SD/OTC implementations.
• Develop and execute:
• Change impact assessments
• Stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
• Communication strategies
• Training plans and adoption frameworks
• Readiness assessments
• Drive user adoption initiatives and manage resistance throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business process changes within OTC workflows.
• Support organizational transition activities for new SAP capabilities and process changes.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership updates, and business alignment sessions.
• Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Provide guidance on change best practices within enterprise transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Proven experience leading OCM efforts within SAP transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including:
• Experience performing change impact analysis specifically for OTC process transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25 50% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ERP implementation programs.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Prosci certification or equivalent OCM certification preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional enterprise change programs.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates with only the following backgrounds will not be considered:

• General OCM experience without SAP SD exposure
• SAP Finance-only experience
• General SAP implementation experience without OTC involvement
• Change management experience lacking Order-to-Cash process expertise

Candidates must demonstrate clear SAP SD + OTC process experience in prior projects.
