Job Title: Senior-level Full Stack / Salesforce Developer
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid: 1–2 days on-site every two weeks / in-person interview required)
Duration: 12+ Months
Position Overview
In this role, you will work within the SDLC process—participating in requirements verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support activities. You will support existing custom Salesforce applications and collaborate with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development: Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components/Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
Full Stack Engineering: Apply OOP principles, CRUD operations, design patterns, configuration, and SOQL queries across all phases of the SDLC.
System Integration: Analyze and define technical requirements to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and web services.
Documentation & Process: Maintain complete technical documentation and drive project work proactively from requirements through implementation.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Share expertise with team members, mentor junior staff, and provide creative problem-solving across core modules.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Overall IT Experience: 10+ years of professional full-stack / web development experience.
Core Technical Skills:
Advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in APEX
APEX, Lightning Pages, Visualforce
Design Patterns & Responsive Design Patterns
SQL & SOQL
End-to-End Web Development
.NET OOP / SOA and JavaScript Frameworks (preferred)
Soft Skills: Exceptional abstract thinking, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Location & Candidate Eligibility Requirements
Location: Candidate MUST be located in Connecticut (or willing to commute/relocate to CT).
On-Site Requirement: Must be able to report in-person to the Hartford, CT office 1 day per week (or 2 days every 2 weeks).
Interviews: First and second-round interviews will be conducted IN PERSON.
