Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Consultant with strong experience in solution design and enterprise Salesforce implementations. The role involves working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for Salesforce programs
Work with Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Cloud
Create epics, user stories, and documentation using JIRA/Confluence
Conduct workshops and design brainstorming sessions
Build prototype configurations during design phase
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams across development and testing
Manage stakeholder communication, including executive-level interactions

Required Skills

8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce
Experience in 4+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations
Strong expertise in:

Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience/Health/Data Cloud
Requirement analysis & documentation
JIRA & Confluence
Salesforce configuration & administration

Experience in enterprise Agile (Scrum/Scrum of Scrums)
Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Healthcare payer domain experience (Sales stream)
Strong experience in:

Health Cloud
Data Cloud (Customer Data Unification)
Experience Cloud (Portals – Broker/Sales flows)

Apex / Visualforce knowledge (nice to have)
