Job Title: Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with Health Cloud Experience Work Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be a cornerstone of our U.S.-facing advisory and delivery capability - leading technical strategy, driving enterprise architecture decisions, and guiding complex, multi-cloud transformation programs from design through execution. This is a senior, client-facing role with significant visibility. You will work directly with client executives and business stakeholders, partner with our India-based delivery teams, and play a key role in shaping how UST positions and delivers Salesforce solutions at scale. You will also contribute to our practice development - building reusable accelerators, defining delivery standards, and helping grow our Salesforce Center of Excellence. What You'll Do Client Delivery & Architecture Leadership

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration design aligned to business objectives
• Own the technical workstream across the full lifecycle - discovery, design, build, QA, and go-live
• Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and governance across program phases
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
• Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks

Data Cloud & AI

• Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including ingestion, identity resolution, and unified data models
• Design activation strategies connecting Data Cloud to CRM, marketing, and AI workflows
• Leverage Agentforce and Einstein AI for intelligent, outcome-driven workflows
• Guide clients on data governance, segmentation, and real-time personalization

Health Cloud

• Design solutions for care management, care coordination, patient/member engagement, and provider management
• Apply healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA)
• Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems, payer platforms, and clinical data sources
• Support clients across life sciences, payer, and provider segments

Integrations & Platform Engineering

• Design and govern enterprise integrations across ERP, ITSM, HCM, data platforms, and third-party systems
• Define patterns using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and CDC
• Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and observable
• Establish API governance, monitoring, and error handling frameworks

What You Bring Experience

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4 5 years in architect/technical lead roles
• Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-cloud enterprise programs
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Deep knowledge of Health Cloud and healthcare interoperability
• Strong background in integration architecture and middleware platforms
• Experience in consulting/professional services environments

Technical Skills

• Salesforce: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Platform Events, Config-driven development
• Data Cloud: Ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, activation
• Health Cloud: Care models, OmniStudio, FlexCards, interoperability
• Integration: MuleSoft, APIs, Salesforce Connect, CDC, middleware patterns
• Security: Sharing models, OAuth, Shield, field-level security
• DevOps: Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Git, scratch orgs

Certifications - Required

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

Certifications - Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (or in progress)
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
• Additional certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
