Position: Sr. UI Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA(Onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract with Possible extension Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Engineer with strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, particularly React.js, to design and build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI architecture, reusable component design, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable React components.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and compelling user experiences.
- Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
- Build reusable code, shared libraries, and UI frameworks for future use.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
Required Skills & Experience - ReactJS - 5-10 years of hands-on experience (Required).
- Redux - 2-5 years of experience in state management (Required).
- React Hooks - 2-5 years of experience (Required).
- TypeScript - 2-5 years of experience (Required).
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript - 5-10 years of strong front-end fundamentals (Required).
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills (5-10 years professional experience required).
- Experience writing maintainable and scalable UI architectures.
Nice to Have - Experience with Spring Boot (at least 1 year).
- Experience with Core Java (at least 1 year).
- Experience with Advanced Java concepts (at least 1 year).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

Pay Range: $70/hr. to $80/hr. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
