Job Description

We are looking for a SIERRA Tester with experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management, test case creation, and functional/regression testing. Exposure to implementation or enterprise applications is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.
• Ability to create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
• Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend/database validation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
• Validate application functionality against business requirements.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects until closure.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing where applicable.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
• Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
