Role 1:-Content Authoring Lead

Need a senior content authoring lead with strong AEM knowledge to manage planning, execution, quality, and delivery of web content requests. Should be able to lead authoring activities, prioritize work, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure content accuracy, and support publishing/readiness.

Role 2 :- Content Authoring Engineer

Need a hands-on AEM content authoring engineer to perform content updates, new page setup, asset and metadata updates, publishing support, redirects, and page validation. Strong accuracy and execution discipline required

JD Content Authoring Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a strong Content Authoring Lead to lead end-to-end content authoring delivery across AEM-driven web operations. This role will own planning, execution oversight, work allocation, quality control, and delivery accuracy for web content requests. The person should have solid AEM knowledge, strong understanding of content publishing workflows, and high-level capability to manage execution with the right information, timelines, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content authoring work across content updates, new pages, page enhancements, migration support, redirects, and publishing activities
  • Review incoming requests and translate them into clear execution tasks for the authoring team
  • Plan and prioritize work based on business priority, volume, timelines, and dependencies
  • Ensure all content updates are executed accurately as per approved copy, assets, metadata, and page requirements
  • Provide guidance to content authors on AEM authoring standards, templates, components, workflows, and publishing process
  • Coordinate with PM, QA, design, development, and stakeholder teams for smooth execution and handoffs
  • Validate completeness and correctness of content before QA and publishing
  • Track daily progress, delivery status, risks, blockers, and backlog health
  • Support release readiness, UAT coordination, and go-live planning for content changes
  • Drive quality checks for links, assets, metadata, formatting, page structure, and content consistency
  • Ensure proper documentation, SOP adherence, and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and content quality improvement

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in content authoring / web content operations
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Good understanding of page authoring, templates, components, workflows, DAM/assets, metadata, and publishing lifecycle
  • Strong planning and execution tracking skills
  • Ability to lead a small to medium content team and manage priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content delivery
  • Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Understanding of QA checkpoints, publishing validation, redirects, and SEO basics

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise web operations or digital marketing environments
  • Exposure to migration projects, redesign work, and release coordination
  • Familiarity with WorkFront, ADO, Jira, SharePoint, or similar delivery tools
  • Basic understanding of accessibility and web content standards

JD Content Authoring Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Content Authoring Engineer with hands-on AEM experience to support day-to-day content execution across websites. This role will focus on content updates, page authoring, asset updates, metadata updates, publishing support, redirects, and validation of web content changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform content updates in AEM for text, images, links, assets, metadata, and page components
  • Create and update pages using approved templates and authoring standards
  • Support new page setup, page enhancements, migration activities, and redirect implementations
  • Validate content formatting, page structure, link behavior, and asset placement before publishing
  • Coordinate with lead, PM, QA, and developers on content-related changes and clarifications
  • Follow SOPs, checklists, and publishing guidelines for all content requests
  • Support staging validation, publishing activities, and post-publish checks
  • Ensure requested changes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Raise blockers or content issues early when inputs are incomplete or unclear
  • Maintain documentation and update trackers for completed work items

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience in web content authoring and publishing support
  • Good understanding of templates, components, DAM/assets, workflows, and metadata
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of HTML, page structure, and content layout
  • Ability to work on multiple requests in parallel
  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Experience in content migration, redirects, and SEO metadata updates
  • Familiarity with QA validation and browser checks
  • Exposure to WorkFront, ADO, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility guidelines
