Vista ERP Project Manager – Order Management & Pricing | Remote / Cleveland, OH

We are hiring an experienced Vista ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP initiatives focused on Order Management (OM), Pricing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This role requires strong project governance, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on ERP delivery experience in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Vista ERP implementations and enhancements for OM & Pricing workstreams
Drive project planning, scope, schedule, RAID management, and executive reporting
Manage integrations with EDI, middleware, WMS/3PL, billing/invoicing, and legacy systems
Coordinate SIT/UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare
Work closely with business, IT, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery
Oversee pricing configurations including price lists, discounts, customer agreements, rebates, surcharges
Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, audit, release, and quality standards

Required Skills

8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as ERP Project Manager / Delivery Lead
Strong experience in Vista ERP
Expertise in Order Management (OM), Pricing, O2C/Q2C
Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and order-to-cash lifecycle
Experience managing ERP integrations and interface dependencies
Strong governance skills: RAID, stakeholder management, executive communication
Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams
Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and change control

Preferred Skills

Vista ERP master data knowledge (Customers, Items, Contracts, Ship-to/Bill-to)
Data migration and conversion experience
SQL knowledge for validation and reconciliation
Agile / Hybrid delivery experience
Manufacturing or distribution industry background
