Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications across front-end and back-end components using established programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable application solutions.
- Design user interfaces and develop server-side application logic, databases, and integrations to support application performance and responsiveness.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality, performance, security, and overall solution quality.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
10+ years of experience in full-stack application development, including web application development, software integration, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
.NET, Azure, C#, .NET Core, Angular, Full-Stack Development, Web Application Development, Azure Architecture, Database Development, Application Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating enterprise web applications supporting complex business processes, workflows, data management, and user-facing capabilities.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience delivering customer-facing and internal business solutions across front-end and back-end application layers, translating business requirements into scalable application functionality and responsive user experiences.
- Experience supporting enterprise application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, including application architecture, integration, database-driven business processes, performance optimization, testing, and production support.

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
