Senior Software Engineer (Angular / TypeScript / Full Stack)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about solving customer and business problems through thoughtful software design and collaborative product development. This is not a role for someone who simply pulls tickets and waits for direction. We are looking for an engineer who asks questions, understands the "why" behind requirements, and actively partners with Product Managers and fellow engineers to build valuable solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong front-end engineer with Angular and TypeScript expertise who is comfortable contributing across the full stack. While experience with C# is preferred, we place greater value on strong modern front-end development skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand customer needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs
• Participate in solution design discussions, helping shape what is both valuable and technically feasible
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver excellent customer experiences
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services
• Contribute across the full technology stack, including backend services when needed
• Write maintainable, testable, and scalable code following established engineering standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes
• Continuously improve application performance, usability, and reliability
• Work collaboratively within an Agile development environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Experience building responsive, customer-facing web applications
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working within Agile development teams
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical problems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and listening skills
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Experience with at least one strongly typed object-oriented language such as:
  • C#
  • Java
  • Kotlin
  • Similar OO languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications with C# and .NET
• Experience with SCSS
• Experience working in a full-stack environment
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and modern deployment practices
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Familiarity with microservices architectures
• Experience contributing to product discovery and solution design discussions
