Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: 11750 Katy Freeway, Suite 120, Houston, TX 77079 (100% REMOTE)
Qualifications:My team works remote, the candidate needs to be an independent worker, proficient in Excel and has Power BI experience. SAP experience would be a plus.
EDUCATION:High School Diploma.
EXPERIENCE:3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Strong time-management and organizational skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI.Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes.Strong data analysis.
Responsibilities:The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet team objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to:managing import inbounds, including container tracking, confirmation of delivery, diversions, etc.The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed.
Principal Responsibilities:Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.Inventory reviews and reconciliationInbound container tracking and managementMulti-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
