Job Description

• Seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong b platform and system integration experience to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide migration from TIBCO to Solace Messaging Platform. The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience of driving execution of large-scale enterprise migrations across complex, highly-matrixed environments. Exceptional program management expertise, strong coordination skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with application teams to ensure successful migration to new platform within established timelines.
  Qualifications/Experience (non-cumulative)
  3+ years of Enterprise or Technology Program Management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  5+ years overall experience working in enterprise technology environments
  Proven experience in leading implementation of enterprise platform migrations, system integrations or large-scale implementations; demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and application team migrations simultaneously.
  Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Platform Engineering and their role in modern application ecosystems
  Experience working within Agile/ SAFe Agile tools and delivery environments
  Bachelor s degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred.

  Executive Communication & Presence: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and motivate diverse teams; confidently represent the program to senior and executive leadership
  Cross-functional leadership: Build trust with team leads, PMs and scrum masters while facilitating application migrations to new platform; holds teams accountable to committed plans regardless of competing priorities
  Delivery Monitoring & Risk Management: Skilled in tracking progress across multiple workstreams, identifying delivery risks early and driving mitigation strategies to ensure timelines are met
  Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies in migration or integration process and implement improvements that increase consistency, predictability and speed across teams
  Documentation & Program Transparency: Strong discipline in maintaining clear documentation of program activities, milestones, decisions and outcomes to ensure transparency, accountability and executive-level visibility
