Senior IT Project ManagerLead High-Impact Technology Initiatives
We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects focused within ETRM / CTRM that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business success. In this role, you'll oversee large-scale IT initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. You'll play a key role in improving processes, managing project risk, and delivering technology solutions that create lasting business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with significant business impact.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver successful technology solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, release management, and deployment.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and project teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology solutions, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading information technology projects, or 11+ years of related business experience.
  • Focused experience in Commodity and Marketing & Trading Systems (ETRM / CTRM)
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project governance, risk management, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise software development or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to identify innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience mentoring project teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
