Pay Rate: $55- $60/hr

We have an immediate need for an RPA Program Manager Enterprise Automation & Process Transformation for a position based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA. This is a hybrid opportunity where the selected professional will work closely with enterprise technology teams and business stakeholders to drive large-scale automation initiatives across business functions.

In this role, the program manager will lead and manage the full lifecycle of Robotic Process Automation initiatives, including assessment, design, development coordination, deployment, and ongoing support of automation solutions. The position focuses on driving enterprise automation strategy and ensuring successful delivery of RPA programs across multiple business units. The program manager will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and process owners to identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Responsibilities include defining and implementing automation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, establishing governance frameworks and best practices for automation development, and ensuring quality delivery of RPA projects. The role also involves managing multiple automation initiatives simultaneously, monitoring automation performance and ROI, addressing program risks, and reporting progress to leadership while promoting continuous improvement in automation processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise automation strategy and program management along with hands-on experience working with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. A solid understanding of workflow optimization, digital transformation initiatives, and automation lifecycle management is essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
