Deployment Lead - Oracle Fusion (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Lead - Oracle Fusion. This role is 100% remote, for a 12-18 month contract assignment with long term potential.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to support a multi-year, multi-phase Oracle Fusion Upgrade initiative. In this role, you will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of deployment activities across Finance, Procurement, and Product Data Hub workstreams with strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/GRC modules and cloud environments. You will partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant deployments with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end deployment planning, timelines, and execution across multiple phases
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align deployment deliverables
* Oversee testing cycles, including functional, integration, performance, and UAT
* Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements (SOX, IT GxP, Change Controls)
* Support system configuration, integrations, data migration, and issue resolution
* Monitor progress, communicate updates, and maintain documentation and best practices
* Provide post-deployment support and identify opportunities for process improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading deployments for large-scale Oracle Fusion programs
* Hands-on deployment experience in Finance, Procurement, and Product Data Hub
* Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/GRC modules and cloud environments
* Expertise in deployment planning, risk management, compliance, and technical troubleshooting
* Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus
* Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
