Business Analyst / Work Tools Specialist

Location: Peoria, IL

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Work Tools Specialist to support the deployment and post-implementation execution of solutions delivered to dealers. This role focuses on follow-up, execution support, and data analysis after deployment, partnering closely with dealers to ensure successful adoption and ongoing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an existing deployment process currently being used with dealers
• Serve as the primary follow-up contact after solutions are deployed, ensuring execution aligns with expectations
• Work directly with dealers to track adoption, usage, and outcomes
• Collect and analyze deployment-related data to support insights and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Use work management tools to track tasks, issues, and progress

Data & Analytics

• Analyze data stored in Snowflake tables
• Build or review reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Apply basic analytical skills to support decision-making and dealer performance insights

Tools & Technology

• Current work tracking tool: Jira
• Upcoming transition to Azure DevOps
• Experience or familiarity with change management in tools is a plus

Required Skills & Experience

• Business analysis or operational support experience
• Strong follow-up, execution, and stakeholder communication skills
• Basic to intermediate data analysis capabilities
• Experience with Power BI (basic reporting and data visualization)
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
• Experience using Jira; openness to learning Azure DevOps

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting dealer, partner, or field-based users
• Exposure to solution deployments or post-implementation support
• Process improvement mindset

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
