Role: Retail Program Manager
Location: Pleasanton, CA

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management of retail initiatives (store expansion, digital transformation, omnichannel integration, etc.)
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business goals
Coordinate across multiple teams including merchandising, supply chain, store operations, IT, and marketing
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
Establish and enforce program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
Track and report program progress, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across retail functions
Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution
Identify dependencies and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery
Lead change management and ensure adoption of new systems/processes across stores and regions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field
5 10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in retail
Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and omnichannel ecosystems
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
Expertise in program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with retail technology systems (POS, ERP, OMS, WMS)
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
Experience in store rollout, e-commerce transformation, or supply chain optimization programs
