Summary

Experienced OpCon Workload Automation professional with strong expertise in batch scheduling, workflow management, job dependencies, and production batch operations.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing OpCon, including job migration/versioning across environments.
Strong Unix/Linux shell scripting, SQL, AWS, PostgreSQL RDS, and cloud environment experience.
Experience monitoring batch jobs, troubleshooting failures, performing RCA, configuring alerts/dashboards, and coordinating with application/infrastructure teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps for incident management, documentation, reporting, and knowledge-base creation; supporting 200+ production batch jobs is preferred.
