Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Lead (.NET & SQL) Programmer Analyst to support a major tolling modernization program.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with SQL Server, C#/.NET, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, data migration, APIs, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills
·15+ years of overall IT experience.
·7+ years of SQL Server development experience.
·5-7+ years of .NET/C# backend development experience.
·4–5 years of technical lead experience guiding engineering teams.
·3+ years of modernization or migration project experience.
·3+ years of experience with Azure SQL on IaaS VM.
·4-5 years of experience building ADF pipeline sand supporting ETL workloads.
·4-5 years of experience supporting delivery and agile teams.
·2+ years of experience in state government or transportation-related environments.
·2+ years working in regulated or audited environments.
·2+ years of exposure to microservices architecture concepts.
