Shift: M-F 830 am - 5 pm ET
As a AV Technician, you will join our Onsite Managed Services (OMS) team, providing dedicated, high-level support directly at the customer premises. You will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and managing a sophisticated AV/UCC environment.
This is a Tier 2 position designed for a technician with a strong foundation in Windows Administration and 2-3 years of hands-on audio-visual experience.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and hardware support for customer spaces, including testing and repairing cabling and physical components.
- Systems Support: Provide expert support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and integrated AV equipment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues involving cameras, speakers, and microphones to ensure seamless meeting functionality.
- Windows Administration: Navigate the "back end" of applications via Windows settings, manage drivers, and utilize Device Manager for hardware validation.
- Incident Management: Identify, log, and resolve technical incidents to minimize downtime in high-stakes environments.
Scope of Service Our OMS team provides comprehensive support across several domains:
- Staff Augmentation: Dedicated onsite presence for immediate response.
- Preventative Maintenance: Scheduled checks to ensure system longevity.
- Meeting & Event Support: High-touch assistance for critical client gatherings.
- Service Metrics: Reporting on system health and incident resolution.

qualifications:
Technical Requirements
Must-Haves:
Experience: 2-3 years of professional Audio-Visual (AV) experience.
OS Proficiency: Strong Windows Administration skills. You must be comfortable navigating Device Manager, checking driver versions, and configuring application-level settings.
Hardware Knowledge: Ability to troubleshoot physical connections and identify failures in peripheral AV equipment.
UCC Familiarity: Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Teams Rooms and similar unified communication platforms.
Nice-to-Haves:
Crestron Knowledge: While we are happy to train you on the Crestron ecosystem, a baseline understanding of control systems is a plus.
