RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist in Tampa, FL.
Coach Managers on:
* Effective time management and work prioritization
* Develop Contact Center Representatives through best in class coaching techniques and practices
* Leading effective team huddles
* Creating huddle boards
* Creating a continuous improvement culture
* Celebrating and sustaining individual and team success
* Facilitate group learning sessions for Front-line Managers
* Facilitate individual meetings with mid-level Management
* Coach Directors on ways to support Claims University programs
* Prepare Directors to implement Claims University program responsibilities
* Discuss program feedback and student performance issues
* Facilitate small focus groups to gather information used for program improvement
Communicate program, team, and individual information via:
* Written (email, Slack, or MS Word Doc)
* Face to face meetings
Assist in gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting program results and progress using:
* MS Excel
* MS PowerPoint
* MS Word
REQUIREMENTS:
* Coaching skills (1-2 years of experience) utilizing best in class coaching techniques
* Training facilitation
* Adult learning principles
* Small group facilitation (meetings)
* Proficient in MS Word, PPT, Excel
* Ability to interact with all levels of Management
* Effective communication skills: Written and verbal
* Effective presentation skills using MS Word, Excel, and PPT
* Ability to identify and describe behavior that leads to desirable outcomes
* Ability to work autonomously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
