Location: Remote (Maybe travel to California 1-2 times a year)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery efforts supporting their SAP S/4HANA environment.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SAP functional consultants, developers, and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate has experience leading Scrum teams within SAP environments and is comfortable coordinating work across Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM).
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys facilitating collaboration, removing roadblocks, and driving successful project execution in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize work and maintain the product backlog.
Coordinate SAP projects, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities across FI/CO, SD, and WM.
Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint goals and delivery commitments.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items while communicating updates to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration between business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, QA, and external implementation partners.
Monitor sprint metrics and identify opportunities to improve team performance and Agile processes.
Ensure work is properly documented and aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
Promote Agile best practices while adapting processes to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting SAP projects.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Familiarity with SAP Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and project delivery best practices.
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
Consulting or ERP project experience is a plus.
