Change Manager

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of organizational change management experience supporting large scale enterprise initiatives
• Experience in the chemical oil and gas industry
• Skilled in developing and managing deliverables such as Change Management Strategies, Comprehensive Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Assessments Training Plans and Materials Communication Plans and Project related communications Mitigation Plans Change Readiness Assessments Lookbacks Sustainment Plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership coaching and consulting skills
• Experience working on cross functional project teams a collaborative team player Facilitation and training experience
• Experience providing support on Agile and Waterfall managed projects
• Availability to report onsite at HQ in the Woodlands 3 days a week Mon, Wed, Thurs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide endtoend support for organizational change initiatives
• Develop and manage change management deliverables
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
• Design and deliver training plans and materials
• Create and execute communication plans
• Develop mitigation and sustainment plans
• Perform change readiness assessments and lookbacks
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful adoption
• Coach and consult leadership on change adoption strategies
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Support projects managed using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Maintain regular onsite presence to align closely with client needs
