The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements for elicitation, analysis, and documentation for IT program delivery. This role translates complex business and regulatory needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; supports Agile delivery and backlog management; guides junior analysts; and leverages AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis and documentation.

Minimum Experience:

7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs.
Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
