Title: Implementation Lead (Salesforce Lead Developer)

Location: Albany/Rensselaer, NY

Role & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)

  • Lead all application development activities.
  • Lead developers designing and developing software to meet business requirements.
  • Plan and manage releases and release documentation in consultation with the State.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Lead go-live activities, including execution of deployment plans.

Required Skills for the Project

  • Salesforce technical leadership.
  • Relevant professional experience across release management, project management, application programming, SDLC, and work similar to the RFP scope.
  • Modernization experience involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.

Mandatory Skills for the Project

  • Minimum 3 years in a lead technical role using Salesforce.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including a combination of release management, project management, application programming, SDLC, and work similar to the RFP scope.
  • Minimum 3 years on modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
  • Full-time for the contract duration.
  • Approximately 20% onsite during development, testing, and deployment.
