DevBytes Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US TAG (Technology Acquisition Group) recruitment and proven expertise in recruiting for Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Clinical, and Non-Clinical roles across the United States.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of experience exclusively in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition
โ
Strong experience recruiting for IT and Healthcare positions across the US market
โ
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding
โ
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and advanced Boolean Search techniques
โ
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire recruitment models
โ
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS environments
โ
Thorough knowledge of US work authorizations and visa classifications
Technical Recruitment Experience:
โ Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering
โ AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Infrastructure, Networking
โ Product Engineering and Emerging Technologies
Healthcare Recruitment Experience:
โ Healthcare IT Professionals
โ Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP)
โ Physicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals
โ Medical Assistants, Therapists, Pharmacists
โ Clinical and Non-Clinical Healthcare Roles
โ Travel Nurses and Healthcare Staffing Requirements
Responsibilities:
๐น Source, identify, and engage top IT and Healthcare talent across the US
๐น Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
๐น Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
๐น Ensure quality submissions and successful placements
๐น Maintain excellent candidate and client relationships
๐น Meet and exceed recruitment performance metrics and delivery expectations
