Description :

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Scrum Master who can go beyond traditional Agile facilitation and truly drive delivery and execution across teams.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery planning and align sprint execution with strategic priorities
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
Provide visibility into delivery progress, metrics, and overall health
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized, execution-ready backlog
Use metrics (velocity, capacity, forecasting) to improve delivery predictability
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across teams

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Delivery Manager
Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and leadership
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Ability to go beyond ceremonies and own delivery outcomes

Nice to Have

Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
Background working with multiple teams or pods
Experience with metrics dashboards and reporting
