Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to facilitate Agile delivery, coach teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on enabling continuous improvement, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring delivery of business value across multiple technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Delivery:
Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies
Foster team ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
Coach & Enable Agile Teams:
Guide teams on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Improve team effectiveness and adaptability
Drive Value with Stakeholders:
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders
Prioritize work to ensure consistent business value delivery
Remove Impediments:
Identify and eliminate blockers
Reduce decision latency and enable progress
Data-Driven Improvement & Reporting:
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Support leadership with reporting and decision-making data
Team Environment:
Work across 5 focus areas: Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, and Risk
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, architects, and automation engineering teams
Act as both Program Manager and Agile Coach
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 8+ years
Strong experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience driving continuous improvement using data and metrics
