About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EPIC POD Lead to guide end to end delivery across our EPIC POD. This role is ideal for a strategic, delivery focused leader who excels in client engagement, agile planning, escalation handling, and environment governance. You will be the central point of coordination—driving predictable execution, ensuring quality, and maintaining operational excellence.

What You''ll Do
Client & Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and business partners.
• Lead requirement discussions, clarify expectations, and ensure visibility into sprint progress and risk mitigation.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Agile Sprint Leadership

• Oversee sprint planning, backlog readiness, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Ensure high quality acceptance criteria, smooth delivery flow, and adherence to agile best practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand ups, demos, and retrospectives.

QA Governance & Sign-Off

• Manage QA processes, test planning, defect handling, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide final QA sign-off for releases after validating functional and UAT standards.
• Champion continuous improvement to uplift quality and efficiency.

Escalation & Risk Management

• Act as the escalation point for issues, blockers, and dependencies affecting POD delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain structured escalation processes and ensure timely communication.

EPIC Environment Governance

• Oversee EPIC environment access, configuration, and operational compliance.
• Partner with infrastructure/DevOps teams to ensure environment reliability and performance.
• Manage refresh cycles, version updates, and environment calendars.

What We''re Looking For

• Bachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT delivery, POD leadership, or EPIC application management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and QA processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agile.
• Experience with EPIC modules, environment management, and enterprise governance.
