Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong Pharma Commercial background to lead and manage strategic initiatives across commercial operations, sales, marketing, market access, and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, project delivery, and commercial systems within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for Pharma Commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver strategic projects.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive commercial transformation initiatives including CRM, data analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate program governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communication.
  • Support launch readiness activities for new products and commercial programs.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
  • Track KPIs, project milestones, and overall program performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Program Management within Pharma Commercial domain.
  • Experience with Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Patient Services, or Marketing Operations.
  • Knowledge of Pharma commercial processes and business workflows.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Veeva, or related commercial tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT, or related field.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
