Job Title: Medicare Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:
- Snowflake implementation - full-cycle migration and optimization
- Alteryx - for developing workflows, batch jobs, and automation
- Python and VBA - for building interfaces and automation scripts
- Integration of Snowflake with MS Access, including handling 32-bit vs. 64-bit compatibility issues
- Data source migration - updating all connections from Oracle to Snowflake
- Streamlit - for building interactive forms and reports
- Power BI and Power Query - for dashboard and visualization development
Essential Functions:
- Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights.
- Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents and maintains reporting assets.
- Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools.
- Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements.
- Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Supports processes and quality improvement activities.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution.
- Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts.
- Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, mathematics, engineering, or other related field
- 2 years of relevant experience Required
