Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of a federal program focused on advancing AI skills in Registered Apprenticeships. This role will manage day-to-day execution, deliverables, reporting, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, work plans, and deliverables
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across program activities
Coordinate with SMEs, analysts, and stakeholders
Support preparation of reports, briefings, and deliverables for federal leadership
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and timelines
Monitor budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
Support communication between program leadership and delivery teams

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Bachelor s degree
8+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years without degree)
Experience managing federal or large-scale programs/projects
Strong organizational and project tracking skills
Experience preparing reports and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with workforce development or apprenticeship programs
Familiarity with federal reporting processes and tools
Experience supporting AI or technology programs
