Job DetailsWe are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain FP&A to support financial planning and decision-making across a large, complex retail supply chain. This role will help leadership understand the financial and operational drivers behind how products move from vendors through the distribution network and ultimately reach stores and e-commerce customers. You will bring hands-on FP&A experience along with a strong understanding of retail supply chain, e-commerce, logistics, inventory, distribution, or vendor operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a closely related analytical finance role.
- Required experience supporting supply chain, e-commerce, logistics, distribution, inventory, merchandising, fulfillment, or vendor operations.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong Power BI experience, including building dashboards and translating financial or operational data into clear visual insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial models, pivot tables, and large datasets.
- Working knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, business performance drivers, and fiscal controls.
- Ability to connect financial results with operational activity and understand the broader impact on the business.
- Experience presenting analysis, recommendations, and financial insights to senior leaders and non-finance partners.
- Strong business-partnering skills with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, simplify complex information, and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and curious mindset combined with the willingness to work through detailed analysis.
- Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
Track record of producing high-impact results and improving financial or operational processes.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, or self-service analytics in Power BI.
- Experience working across finance and operational teams to influence strategic business decisions
This is an onsite, individual-contributor role with significant exposure to business leaders and cross-functional partners. Candidates may come from corporate FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or an analytically focused engineering background; however, direct experience with financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business partnership is required.
