Role: BSA with Deposit experience
Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote)
Type: Full-time role with TCS (TATA Consultancy Services)
Job Description:
A strong Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Own the user account / balance / deposit product (similar to checking / wallet)
• Design and optimize funding flows (bank → app, debit → wallet, withdrawals)
• Work closely with sponsor banks / banking partners
• Define and implement money movement infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations (KYC, AML, safeguarding, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable ledger / transaction systems
• Improve conversion, retention, and balance growth
• Strong banking domain knowledge, including payment operations and settlement processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required
Responsibilities
· The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Deposit systems, and will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure delivery of
· high-impact features and enhancements
· Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
