About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle EBS Supply Chain Process Lead with deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, driving our Oracle EBS WMS implementation and optimization initiatives from concept through post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on functional Oracle EBS WMS expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to guide teams, align cross-functional goals, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Design: Define comprehensive Oracle EBS-WMS integration requirements, including data objects, field mappings, triggers, and synchronization frequency.

• Documentation: Prepare clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.

• Guidance & Quality Assurance: Guide configuration and development activities, reviewing deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.

• Data Migration: Support data migration planning initiatives, covering data cleansing, mapping, and validation strategies.

• Testing & Quality Control: Lead functional testing efforts, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and efficiently triage defects.

• Training & Adoption: Develop robust training materials and support end-user training to drive high adoption rates.

• Post-Implementation Support: Provide dedicated post-go-live hypercare support to ensure operational stability.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering clear, professional, and proactive communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS WMS, Oracle EBS, and Oracle WMS modules.

• Process Leadership: Proven background in leading supply chain and warehouse management process transformations within Oracle environments.

• Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills with a track record of successfully managing client relationships, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Experience taking projects through requirements gathering, functional design, testing, migration, and post-go-live support.
