Location: Richmond, VA (Remote — Initial 2 Weeks Onsite Required)

JD:

Looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support Oracle HCM SaaS system administration, configuration, reporting, integrations, and Redwood migration initiatives across multiple HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle HCM SaaS configuration, setup, and maintenance
• Report and dashboard development using OTBI, BI, RTF, Data Fusion Analytics
• Support Redwood UI migration and enhancements
• Build journeys, workflows, and security configurations
• HDL loads and integration development
• Production support and complex issue resolution
• Support Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Help Desk, Safety modules
• Work with functional and IT teams for patches and enhancements

Required Skills:

• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional experience
• OTBI / BI / RTF Reporting expertise
• HDL, Interfaces, Integrations experience
• HCM Modules configuration (Core HR, Talent, ORC, Compensation, Learning)
• Redwood migration experience preferred
• Workflow and security configuration
• Production support experience

Notes:

• Local to VA or nearby EST states strongly preferred
• Must work first 2 weeks onsite in Richmond, VA, then remote with occasional onsite visits
