About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Epic MyChart/Ambulatory Consultant – Care Companion to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epic MyChart, Epic Care along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- We are Seeking an experienced Epic professional with an active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification and hands-on experience supporting Epic Care Companion workflows.
- Configure, support, and optimize MyChart/Ambulatory workflows.
- Support Care Companion implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
- Care Companion badge preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
