Technical Lead Oracle MFCS

Key Responsibilities

• Support design of end‑to‑end technical architecture for Oracle MFCS and related Oracle Retail modules (RDS, SACS, ORPCS, ORIMCS).
• Design integration technical using enterprise middleware platforms.
• Design/ Build MFCS extensions, custom validations, and performance‑optimized PL/SQL logic.
• Design/Build data migration, conversion, and reconciliation strategies.
• Knowledge of cloud and architecture best practices for availability, security, and performance.
• Partner with business SMEs, functional teams, and engineers to deliver high‑quality solution designs.

Required

• Oracle Retail, with strong experience in MFCS/RMS.
• Strong knowledge of foundation data, item induction, purchasing, costing, and inventory processes.
• Deep experience with integrations to ERP, POS, WMS, e‑commerce, finance systems.
• Hands‑on PL/SQL, API design, and performance engineering skills.
• Ability to create architecture blueprints and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with OCI, Kafka/Event Hub, Sprinboot is good to have.
• Retail domain experience in specialty, beauty, grocery, or apparel.
• Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills
• Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend it and convert it into design and guide the teams on design and build

Preferred

• Technical lead , the person should have an overall experience of 5-10 years, with relevant experience of
  4-6 years spanning across various implementation/ maintenance/support /extension Projects in Oracle Retail in various roles.
