This position is strictly Business Analyst focused and not a development role.
Key Requirements
Must-Have Experience
• 3–5 years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience gathering requirements and creating:
• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Business process documentation
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Experience building detailed workflows/process maps using:
• Visio
• PowerPoint
• Similar tools
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to marketing-related Salesforce processes
• Campaign setup
• Channel marketing workflows
• CRM Analytics experience is a plus
• Experience supporting/reporting on:
• Dashboards
• Reports
• Opportunity stages
• Sales processes
• Data load/data formatting experience preferred
• No heavy technical data migration work required

• LWC
• Coding/development experience
• Tableau
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead stakeholder discussions and discovery sessions
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Develop business process documentation/workflows
• Recommend Salesforce best practices
• Support multiple business units across sales/marketing initiatives
• Help simplify Salesforce processes for end users with limited platform experience
• Work alongside technical development teams
Project Scope
• Supporting approximately 3–4 active projects
• Roughly 20–25 user stories per project
• Focus on improving business processes and Salesforce adoption

• Ability to guide business users toward Salesforce best practices
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to simplify Salesforce processes/workflows
• Strong understanding of sales processes and opportunity management
• Ability to create clean/documented business processes
