Summary

Direct placement for a BA/QA in Topeka, KS.
Description
There are 4 Business Transformation teams. This position is open under one of them, they all have the same amount of applications, but this one is the smallest in terms of people. There is the HM + 2 Devs + another BA/QA
This position is open because someone on a different team left. They opened the position up to backfill them, but then the headcount was transferred to Lisa so that they can continue to grow out this team.
This team focuses mostly on collateral and credit.
This BA/QA will be a 50/50 split between BA and QA, but just depends on the day and where they are in the sdlc. Lisa tends to think if someone is heavier on the BA side, that analysis experience transfers over better into QA that vice versa.
From a testing side, they need to be able to write a basic statement of SQL + be able to write test cases and acceptance criteria. This person will not be responsible for automation because they don't do enough of it to warrant the skill in a resource on the team just yet. When they have automation needs, they just borrow a certain Automation Tester from another team.
