Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description:

Position: Sr. IAM Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• Experience with:
• Conditional Access
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Entra ID Governance
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, preferably SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience working with Python and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols and standards:
• SAML
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SCIM
• Experience supporting hybrid identity environments involving Active Directory and Entra Connect.
• Experience working within ITSM environments such as ServiceNow while adhering to SLA commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as:
• SC-300
• SailPoint ISC Certification
• AZ-500
• Security+
• CISSP
• Experience with ITSM-driven automation and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience integrating IAM systems with HR platforms such as Workday.
• Familiarity with:
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust)
• Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
• SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, or large enterprise environments.
