Job Title: Senior Agile Program Delivery Lead (Enterprise Integration)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Agile Program Delivery Lead to act as a servant leader for our most critical enterprise integration workstreams. This role is not just about facilitating stand-ups; it is about driving the "go-live" readiness of complex, mission-critical systems. You will bridge the gap between iterative Agile delivery and the rigid, time-sensitive demands of a large-scale system cutover.
If you are a master of managing cross-team dependencies and have a track record of steering teams through the high-pressure final phases of enterprise software rollouts, this is an opportunity to lead where it matters most. You will be responsible for ensuring that all teams, partners, and stakeholders are synchronized, aligned, and ready for a seamless deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Cutover Orchestration
Servant Leadership: Act as the primary Agile lead for our high-criticality integration and deployment teams. Facilitate all standard ceremonies (Stand-ups, Planning, Retrospectives) with a focus on defect management and empirical delivery.
Hybrid Governance: Successfully navigate the tension between Agile velocity and the structured requirements of traditional project management (stage-gates, critical path milestones, and formal reporting).
Cutover Planning: Partner with technical leads, business owners, and integration partners to maintain a prioritized, high-precision deployment/cutover plan.
Planning, Coordination & Scaling
Dependency Mapping: Coordinate blockers, risks, and cross-stream dependencies. You will be the central point of contact for synchronization across legacy systems and new platform deployments.
Scaled Agile Support: Participate in large-scale planning ceremonies. Partner with Release Train Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure your team's output is perfectly aligned with the broader program increment.
AI-Enabled Productivity: Proactively leverage AI assistants and automation tools to streamline documentation, summarize meeting actions, and optimize project communication.

Performance Visibility
Metrics & Reporting: Maintain enterprise-grade dashboards in Jira and MS Project. Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on delivery health, velocity, and defect resolution status to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Baseline: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in enterprise-scale environments.
Go-Live/Cutover Experience: Proven track record of managing the final "deployment/cutover" phase of large-scale, complex software implementations.
Hybrid Literacy: Strong understanding of how to apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies within a structured, gated delivery environment.
Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Jira (Advanced boards/dashboards) and MS Project.
Communication: Ability to professionally challenge stakeholders and facilitate difficult resolutions during high-pressure project phases.

Preferred Attributes
Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and managing complex cross-team dependencies.
Experience integrating project management workflows with AI tools to enhance team productivity.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with a mix of internal staff, external vendors, and integration partners.
