Experience Required:

5+ years overall software development experience

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Datacap and AWS Textract

Key Skills:

IBM Datacap Studio & Navigator customization

Document capture, classification, and data extraction (printed & handwritten forms)

AWS Textract integration

Workflow automation and intelligent data capture

Custom scripting, modules, and third-party integrations

End-to-end testing (unit, integration, system)

Strong collaboration with business and technical teams
